Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Hi,
I was wondering if typically when an employee at a restaurant was found, for example, to forget to wash their hands and someone get's stick, is the restaurant liable or the employee?
Thank you.

What do you mean by "someone get's stick"? Is this a real situation or are you just wondering? Who found what? I need facts, but generally, if there is a suit brought, it would be brought against the restaurant and the employee, and both would be liable.
