Equity in my home is approximately 25% of my current debt. If I file, will the house be taken?

Re: home equity
If you re-affirm the mortgage debt and pay it and the real estate taxes, and you are a bona-fide Florida resident, the answer is the home will not be taken. Call me for additional information.
