Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Can keep my home if I file bankruptsy, my unemployment has run out and I can't afford my mortgage and the bank will not lower my payments.

If you can not make your payments on the mortgage, even after all or most of your other debt is forgiven, you can not afford the house. Florida's bankruptcy laws protect the house, from other creditors, not the mortgagee.
