Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My home is being foreclosed on. I received foreclosure notification on May 10th. I have until May 30th to officially respond. I'm also in the midst of waiting to see if I qualify for a work out with my lender. They sent the foreclosure notice at the same time I sent the request for a workout. They said the foreclosure was put on hold pending a final work out decision. Do you think I still need to respond within the 20 days. I had to find new employment and can't afford to pay any of my credit cards. I'm contemplating filing bankruptcy. I need guidance
