house is not yet forclosed retirement community has taken me to court and one a judgement for back hoa fees house going to action 11/08/2012 this is florida. how many day do i have to vacate property

The clerk cannot issue a certificate of title until the 11th day after the auction. If you do not vacate then, the hoa can get a writ of possession. So, you cannot be forced to leave until 11 days after the auction.
