Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My husband and I consulted an attorney about bankruptcy and were quoted $1600 for bankruptcy Chapter 7. Unfortunatly we dont have that money to pay for the bankruptcy right now and wont have it until income tax return time. Should we try to come up with the money somehow before that time so as not to be delinquent on all credit card payments for 7 months?

If you're filing bankruptcy, don't make any credit card payments. It's money down the drain, and it won't help your credit. Save your money to pay for the lawyer.
