My husband is filling chapter 7 for CC debt my name is not on any of the cards how will this effect me

If your nameils noton any of the credit cards, then you should lnot be affected.

It should not affect you. Howver, no one can predict how the credit reporting agencies will report the even, so be sure to check your credit report after he gets his discharge.
