Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My husband and I have a huge credit card debt of 85,000. Together we make about 85,000. We can no longer keep up with the payments. I will be talking with an attorney later this week. I am scared to death. I have figured that we need about 3,200 a month to keep up morgage and living expenses. I was hoping someone could advise me.
