If my husband lives in Pensacola, FL and I live in Winter Haven, FL We are still married but living separately, is there anyway to file jointly?

Yes, there is a way to file jointly since you are married. Get a bankruptcy attorney for this. Even though the forms have been changed to make it easier for people to file on their own, the forms are still confusing.
