Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Can I include something I missed after discharge?

I filed bankruptcy in Dec and it was discharged April 8. I am now receiving a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe $450.00 for some hospital bills for 1997 and 1998. I called and told them that I filed bankruptcy and they then told me that I didn't include them. I did a 3in1 credit report and included everyone in that report. They were not in any of those reports but are showing up now. I did not have an attorney when I filed so I need to know what I can do about this now? Is it to late to include them since it has been discharged?

You should retain competent counsel Perhaps your case can be reopened to include the omited creditor.
