Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
can my income be attached-SSand small pension
I did this a bit ago, and got the response my ??was illegal{{I have amonthly income of $2300 SSdisability/pensn. my costs are far more. I owe approx.$10,000 credit debt; am2 months behind in mtg,filed for bnkrpcy 2000; have refinanced to max; husband I support works 10 hrs.wk. would love morally good advice, but also--what if I just am too tired-can my SS and or meagre state ret. be attched/arrested I am so fried over this and cannot get legal advice until I pay min.$1400. please help
