Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I filed chapter 7 in 10/26/04. Received discharge from court in Jan. 26, 2005. The trustee requested my tax return money of $4000.00 which I sent to him just recently and now received a proof of claim sent to all creditors and they have til Sept 06, 2005 to respond. In the mean time in February 2005 a probate estate was opened and then closed in March of 2005, which I inherited property. Can the trustee take this property? Should I wait to sell? Should I do a quick claim deed or what should I do?
