Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
judgement after bankruptcy?
I filed chapter 7 on 02/1997. Now I find that 3 creditors, discharged in that bankruptcy, somehow got a judgement for their claim amounts some months after that. How can I make those illegal judgements against me disappear?

If the subject matter of the judgments (debts) were discharged in bankruptcy you can petition the bankruptcy court to inmpose sanctions against the creditors. The court will cancel the judgments, probably award you damages and pay for your attorneys fees.
