Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
judgement and bankruptcy
If i had a medical judgement listed a month after my bankrupcy went through should my attorney have checked out this debt and included it in with the bankruptcy. The bill was from 2000, others where filed in 2002.

I doubt your attorney is a mind-reader. If you did not disclose the existence of the item, how could it be scheduled?
