Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
After a Judgement has been filed will Bankruptcy erase it?
I have a judgement filed against me for a vehicle reposession. I was told this was an ''unredeemable '' judgment, as I am a single parent with no child support. If I file bankruptcy will this clear the judgement?

If the discharge is properly prepared, yes. Note, the judgment will not be erased, it will be unenforceable.
