Keeping my house after filing bankruptcy
We owe $40k on credit cards, $80k on our home and $9k on our car. I am currently unemployed, and my husband makes $19k a year. Can we file bankruptcy on the credit cards and keep our home and vehicle?

You cannot be selective. But, if feasible, you can reaffirm the mortgage and car debt. You should consult with competent bankruptcy counsel.
