Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
is there a knapp/singer law regards multiple bankrupcies
I am owed $400,000 by a man who goes into many bankrupcies, I believe this is Illegal, true????

It only takes one bankruptcy to discharge most debts. Many creditors have the right to prevent a debt from being discharged in bankruptcy, and should consult an attorney to see if they have a claim. Multiple bankruptcies may be a factor in preventing discharge of debts. There are strict time limits after a bankruptcy is filed so it is important for creditors to act quickly to protect their rights.
