Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Keep getting letters addressed to "John Doe" no return address. No John Doe lives here. Am I responsable for this?

Return them to sender with note that there is no such person at your address. Is your home in foreclosure? Continuing to get letters would indicate that the bank thought the home was rented out to an unknown tenant, who we call John Doe.
