Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Letting my mobile home go back
Can I just claim bankruptcy on my mobile home and nothing else? It's not that we can pay the payments, but we are just wanting out of it because we are moving out of state. We have been trying to sell for 2 or 3 years now and nothing has happened and we can't afford to have it moved to where we are moving. So could we just let it go back without it affecting anything else. I have a grandma who is very sick and my mom is the only one taking care of her and so I need to be with her. Is there something I can file where I can let the mobile go back saying it's not that we can pay because we can. I just need to help my mom and I have to move out of state to do that. I can't move the trailer because it would cost more than what it's worth. I hope I asked where you can uderstand what I'm trying to say. I just don't want to lose my vehicles or anything else, I just want the trailer to go back.

First you need correct information. You should review. http://www.florida-bankruptcy-law.com. When filing bankruptcy you should put all of your debt into the bankruptcy. Normally, you would not lose your other property such as your car.
