Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Liens and Bankruptcy

If in filing bankruptcy, will it remove a lien that was attached by a creditor on my mortgage. I was left with a lot of debt after my divorce, and all the creditors came after me alone, and they received judgements against me only and not my ex-spouse. I have three judgements against me alone and really need to remove them. I am head of household. The creditors never went after my ex-husband.

Thank you for any info you can give

Re: Liens and Bankruptcy

Most judgments can be removed when filing a Bankruptcy. However this is a fairly complex area of consumer Bankruptcy law and you should seek an attorney to represent you in this matter. You can contact me directly at 1-877-371-5990.
