Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Liens against my driver license

I have an auto accident on 1981,on this year my driver license was suspended for not paying a

judgement of 4.000 dollars,interest after all this

years amount 37.000 dollars,I lost my job as a

driver unless I pay can not drive.

My question, a bankruptcy judge can discharge me.

A discharge in bankruptcy will excuse you from the debt and make you eligible to obtain a new drivers licence...that is assuming there are no otherreasons for disqualification. We can handle it all by mail...850-434-5524
