Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Liens against my driver license
I have an auto accident on 1981,on this year my driver license was suspended for not paying a
judgement of 4.000 dollars,interest after all this
years amount 37.000 dollars,I lost my job as a
driver unless I pay can not drive.
My question, a bankruptcy judge can discharge me.

A discharge in bankruptcy will excuse you from the debt and make you eligible to obtain a new drivers licence...that is assuming there are no otherreasons for disqualification. We can handle it all by mail...850-434-5524

Assuming that your debt which gave rise to loss of license is dischargeable, you will, after discharge be able to regain your driving privileges. If you wish to discuss the matter with us , call 305-940-8080.
