Listing property for Chapter 7
I have about $10k of camera equipment in my part-time photography business. If I declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy, will that equipment be exempt from my list of personal assets?

You provide insufficient information for a definitive reply. Based upon the question the answer is that the equipment is not exempt. If you are seriously contemplating filing for bankruptcy, I suggest you consult with an attorney. You may call me at 305-940-8080.
