loss of income
i cosigned for a cxar for my son. He has lost his job. And wants to give the car back as voluntaryt repossesion. is this possinle?

Yes, he can voluntarily return the car. Of course, if you are a co-signer, the creditor may come after you for collection. Creditor may also want to sue your son for any deficiency (amount they can recover from the sale of the vehicle vs. the amount of the debt owed. Good luck.
