Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If I get married are banks and collections agencies able to come after my future wife for the debt that I already have? Will it affect her credit if I have to file bankruptcy after we are married?

The creditors cannot "come after" your future wife unless she is a co-borrower on your debt or has given them a written statement that she will pay off your debt. Likewise, filing for bankruptcy won't affect her unless she too files for bankruptcy.
