Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If I get married and havent yet filed chapter 7 or 13 for outstanding debts, would my new husband be resposnsible for my debts or would it make it more difficult for me to file?

Your new spouse will not automatically be responsible for your pre-marital debt. Depending on the amount of money your spouse makes, it COULD be more difficult to file Chapter 7 after you are married.
