Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I married a man 2 years ago that has a mortgage with he and his ex. They purchased this condo in 2006 and it is now in foreclosure in Florida. The condominium association has added me to their final judgement of foreclosure. I have not signed for this mortgage, I have not lived in this condo, I have nothing to do with it. I never lived in Florida. Born and raised in Pennsylvania. How can they add me to this judgement and how will it affect my credit?

They have added you because it can appear that you have homestead rights in the condo, but since you are not even on the deed, it should not affect your credit. Get a credit report and if it reports that you are a debtor, file a dispute with them
I presume that you mean they added you to the lawsuit they have filed. If judgment was already entered they can not amend the judgment to include you without having included you in the Complaint. With that said, the Plaintiffs are supposed to name anyone who may claim an ownership interest in the property. As the spouse of the person on the deed, you could have statutory rights to ownership and therefore must be included in the complaint for thoroughness.
If you are not on the deed (in the case of the Condo Association), then there SHOULD be no adverse effect on your credit rating. You should monitor your credit reports and if something negative shows up then dispute it with the credit bureaus.
