Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I am married but seperated. We are currently in an active Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Living apart we can no longer afford the payment and would like to default on the Bankruptcy and the House that we own. What will happen? Also, when I'm divorced am I able to then file a Chapter 7 to get rid of my debt?
