Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I just got married and my new wife is going through a bankruptcy she has several properties and does not want to change her last name to mine in fear that it would hurt her case if they find out she got married I Ofcorse would like her to take on my last name could it hurt her case if she did change her last name to mine.
