I need to know what this means??

It means that the trustee in your bankruptcy has ordered an appraisal of you personal property, that the appraiser valued the property at more than you did, and that he or she wants you to make an offer to purchase the overage from your bankruptcy estate. Sometimes you just have to tell the trustee to come and get the property and sell it. You can object to the appraisal, but you really need an attorney to do these things for you.
