Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I am in the middle of filing chapter 7. Are my childrens belongings part of my assets? I have read they are not but I wanted to make sure.

It is my opinion that the things that belong to your children are part of your bankruptcy estate and should be listed with values.
