Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Hello, I'm in the midst a divorce. What is the maximum amount of income can you have in order to file for bankruptcy? I make 42,000 a year, and owe 26,000.

I am in the midst of a divorce You should be chapter 7 eligible, however make sure you are going by gross and counting all income received within the last 6 months.
