Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I have a mobile home on my property and the company has not removed it. How long until I can claim it as my own?

San Diego bankruptcy attorneys I presume that this was property which was to be surrendered through a bankruptcy. It's yours to use until the actually come and get it if ever.
