Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Modification of Child Support While in Ch 13 Bankruptcy
If non custodial parent is currently in Ch 13 bankruptcy, can the custodial parent seek modification of a child support order (increase in support amount)? If yes, does the custodial parents counsel or DCSE file for modification with bankruptcy court or domestic court that holds the original order?
Thank you
