Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
My mother received a summons that she is being sued by a company that purchased her credit card debt from Sears. She has tried working w/Sears to make payments that she could afford but they refused to take the amount. This was 4 years ago. What type of attorney does she need to see?
