if i move from arkansas to florida can i still file bankrupty

You must be a legal resident of Florida for 6 months before filing bankruptcy here. If you move into the state, then you should get a driver's license as soon as you can. That will establish that you are a resident. Then, you can filed bankruptcy in Florida after 6 months.
