Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Non-payment of wages due to bankruptcy/layoff
I was layed off from work due to the company not having the funding to pay employee wages and other debts. I informed the labor board and filed a suit against the former employer for wages, service fees and court costs. The total came to $4,075.00. The company filed chapter 7 and now I have received an objection to my claim from the trustee. I have 30 days to respond and I would like to know what type of response is the best. I can not afford to just give away a months salary not to mention the fees I paid in attempt to recover some of the money owed to me. I would appreciate an answer, as time is ticking away.
Thanks.

Did the trustee object to the amount of the claim or the priority status. Please reply to my email [email protected] for a quicker response
