Can a non-US citizen file bankruptcy?
Can a non-US citizen who has resided in the US for 5 years file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy if indebtness meets Chapter 7 requirements?

If you are an alien, a non-green card holder, you fail to meet the requirements to obtain a discharge. If you wish to discuss this with me , call my office at 305-940-8080
