Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If an original creditor has sold my account to a company like CACV of Colorado, do I still list the original creditor or the one who currently owns the account?
Also if I still list the original creditor, what do I do if they have gone out of business since the sold my loan?

To be safe, list them both at the best address (or addresses) you can find for them.
If you're certain they've sold the debt, then you're safe not listing them, but I always list everyone, anyway.
