Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Personal/ Business Bankruptcy
I'm going to file personal bankruptcy. Should I dissolve my tech development business first that has no income just ideas that no one chose to invest in to protect the possibillity of a creditors lein? All of the business and personal credit cards were in my name. The business is an LLC. My partner had the ''inventions'' I had the ability to obtain credit for the company. That company accrued appox. $40K in unsecured credit card debt.

You'll have to speak to a bankruptcy lawyer to know for sure. It may be that it is unnecessary to anything with your business other than let it be "administratively dissolved" by the Secretary of State (if it's a Florida LLC).
