How to proceed against a creditor still harassing me after debt has been discharged?

If they were included in your bankruptcy then they should leave you alone. If they weren't included then the debt has not been discharged. You can contact the attorney who represented you for the bankruptcy and see if they will send a cease and desist letter. If it continues then there are penalties that can be levied by the court.
