Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I'm in the process of filing bankruptcy and I had the meeting today. One question was if I had anyother debt not filed under bankruptcy, and I said no. Well I have a student loan. What should I do?

This is a prime example why you need to have an attorney when filing a bankruptcy. The problem would not have arisen. You now have to inform the trustee of the mistake, and hope that you do not get kicked out of bankruptcy for not being fully honest. You might also need to amend your schedules and summary to include this, largely non-dischargeable debt. But you say you are in the process of filing and that you had the meeting today. Did you file and was it the meeting of creditors?
