I do not own Real State, all I have is one Car that I owe most of it and furniture and home stuff (not much: bed, tv, couch), although credit cards and loans are killing me. Tried counseling but did not work. Will I lose my bed, my couch and my tv? do I also have to give up my car even if it is the one that I want to keep paying? All I want to do demostrate I can not keep up with all payments...they lowered payments but doesnot help..I do not have other solution and I owe a lot of money,,do not want to lose my car?

Re: Property to be divided

No you will normally not lose your bed and other personal property...unless it is antique and worth a fortune. If you have a big loan on your case you won't lose it. You need to go to http://www.Florida-Bankruptcy-Laws.Com to get the information you need for filing bankruptcy.
