Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I have a question concerning a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I have an adjustable mortgage rate on my condo. My plan was confirmed and the second month into the Bankruptcy the monthly mortgage payment went down $110.00 a month. I figured i would not try to get the plan modified in hopes of just paying the extra amount each month to get done early or for the mortgage company to use towards my taxes which are not escrowed. It has been 4 1/2 years now and I am wondering where the 110/month extra that the trustee disburses to the mortgage company is actually going if my monthly payment in the plan is in excess of 110 ? Where should it legally go? Do I have any say to where it is applies? Can I get it refunded? I am having trouble paying my property taxes and would like to know where this mystery money is actually going? Thanks
