Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I was quit claimed on a deed [no financial responsibility] I was removed before foreclosure,am i responsable in any way ?

San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney A quit claim deed only gives up whatever rights if any, you have in the property, it dosn't get your name off of any mortgages or relieve from responsibility for them.
You need a novation for that.
