Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I receive a discharge from my bankrupcy, but i am still receiving document from the collector, can they force me to pay?

If this debt was discharged, you cannot be forced to pay, and there is probably a violation of federal law, just for contacting you. Consult with your bankruptcy attorney.
