Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I received objections to my claim of exemptions - I guess I filled out about my car wrong , i put the car worth and what I own the same. Its actually worth 15000 and I still owe on 13000 on the car. Can I file an amended claim? Should I wait to say something at the examination of the debtor?

The trustee objected and probably wants you to pay him the difference because that is an asset he can seize and sell and make a profit. How do you know what it is worth? You can hire an appraiser for that asset, and get a more accurate figure.
