Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Can I refuse to show up for trial?
I have an enemy who has sued my bankruptcy with an Adversary Proceedure.
He wants 189 million dollars for what he claims as a breach of privacy. It would be uncollectable but I am too weak and tired and am pro se. I'd just as soon give him his judgment, as I have nothing he can levy on.

You can, just as easily as I can refuse to answer your question.
