Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If your regular mortgage payments and arearages are included in a Florida State Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan, is it illegal for the mortgage company to apply those funds allocated for these two items to other places?

No, it is probably not illegal . One would have to read the entire mortgage as well as do research in order to answer this question more fully. Speak with your chapter 13 lawyer about this.
