Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Relief from stay
My husband filed chap 7 without a lawyer and we received a letter stating that one of the banks request a motion for relief from stay. The item is a boat that we have said would be returned. Should we respond that it is available to the bank for pickup with no contest? Is this what they are actually wanting (the item) or am i miss understanding the request?
