Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Rent Apartment Before or After Bankruptcy
My husbands house is (literally) falling apart. My name is not on the deed. My husband is critically ill. He is still able to move out of this deralict house. Should we rent an apartment before or after filing for bankruptcy. We have 1 car loan each with loans on each. We cannot give up our cars.
